Promotion Requirements
5-Star Review Required
Your qualifying booking must receive a 5-star guest review. The discount is activated once the review is posted.
Minimum 3-Night Stay
The qualifying booking must be for a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
Minimum $100/Night
The booked property must have a nightly rate of $100 or more to qualify.
Active Listing Required
Your property must remain active and in good standing on Gentry Elite Stays at the time the discount is applied.
Discount Valid for 12 Months
Once earned, your 30% host discount is valid for 12 months from the date your qualifying review is received.
One-Time Benefit
This promotion is a one-time benefit per host. It cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
Applies to All Listed Properties
The 30% discount applies to any property listed on Gentry Elite Stays — not just your own listings.
